- This item is custom made to order and Non-refundable.
- Faulty products may be returned to be repaired. It is however the responsibility of the client to arrange that it be returned to the workshop for repairs.
- Allow slight imperfections due to the nature of the material being used. The amount and colour of veins in material will differ from product to product and no two will be alike. This is not considered as a defect but rather a characteristic of the material being used.
- Orders take 6-8 weeks to manufacture. Courier/Collection will be arranged thereafter (Please note our Terms & Conditions). Our manufacturing times are however affected by the ever-changing loadshedding schedules. Please understand and allow for a possible further delay in the making of your item.
